Skram Media, LLC ("SKRAM") respects the privacy rights of visitors to the website www.urbanclimbermag.tv ("Website"), and we have prepared this "Privacy Policy" so that you will know just how and when we collect "personal information", and how we use personal information. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If at any time you wish to cancel your subscription, your refund will be for the unused portion of that subscription. A refund payment will be prorated at the per-issue price paid in advance, based on the number of issues remaining on your subscription. We do not require a reason for cancellation or any advanced notice. We only ask that you notify us by phone or in writing to cancel (1.800.829.9149).
